Refund Policy for Digital eSIM Products

Due to the nature of digital eSIM products, all sales are final once the eSIM has been activated. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Full Refund Eligible:
- Technical Failure: If the eSIM QR code fails to activate due to technical issues on our end, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours.
- Non-Activation: If you have NOT activated the eSIM (QR code not scanned) and contact us within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Wrong Product: If you accidentally purchased the wrong region eSIM and contact us within 1 hour of purchase (before QR code is used), we will issue a full refund or exchange.
No Refund:
- Activated eSIM: Once the eSIM QR code has been scanned and activated on your device, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Device incompatibility (please verify your device supports eSIM before purchase)
- Partial data usage or early termination
- Change of mind after activation
- Network coverage issues in specific locations (our eSIM uses China Telecom's network; coverage may vary by region)

- Your order number
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot of any error messages (if applicable)
We will review your request within 24 hours. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
